pc failing

Hello, I've gotten the following error message when I boot my PC up, even before getting to the BIOS screen: "usb device over current status detected. Your pc will shut down in 15 seconds to prevent mainboard damage!" I have had this computer since ~2015, and have been upgrading the parts...
