pc in endless rebot

So i was visiting my friend to check if I could upgrade his PC with an SSD. However, my friend tried handing over the PC and lost it by mistake on a ground level (ca. 30cm). We tested and the PC is just going in an endless reboot with no video signal. All fans are spinning. PSU, and GPU tested...
