pc not detecting keyboard

I put together my new gaming pc and it won't display or turn on keyboard. It powers up, the fans turn on and I even tested the USB ports to see if it would charge my phone which it does. The red cpu light is also on but nothings wrong with the cpu. I've checked all the connections and nothings...

I've already tried other keyboards and still no inputs, when the keyboard is plugged in another pc there's no problem, tried plugging in to other usb ports even the front I/O the problem still persists, tried to go to bios to see if its just a windows issue (spammed f11 and del key) and I can't...
