    Question gigabyte vision rtx 3070 vertical mount questions

    Hello, I want to mount my gigabyte RTX 3070 vision vertically to complete the whole look. I want to use a vertical bracket with a pci-e riser cable. 2 questions arise to which I'm having a hard time finding answers: Will my GPU be limited by pcie-3.0 riser? Will my GPU fit vertically below...

    Question I put a gpu riser backwards in the PCIE slot and turned it on, and it no longer works. Is there a way to fix it?

    I have a gtx 1060 that I put on a riser and somehow managed to put the PCIe adapter in backwards and turned it on... The card doesn't even spin the fan when plugged into a normal pcie slot, it only tries to spin, stops, and clicks. It also has no video output whatsoever... It may not have been...

    [SOLVED] What is the slot for this PCIe riser?

    I found this riser on Supermicro (https://www.supermicro.com/CDS_Image/uploads/riser_card/rsc-88-f1.jpg , https://www.supermicro.com/support/resources/Riser.cfm ) and I see that 1 slot is PCIe x4(?). But there is the other slot and I don't know what it is, so I was wondering if you could help me...

    Fx 8350 with m5a99fx pro.r2 No voltage control
