permission error

Hi, I bought this asus zephyrus g14 laptop and I am getting error while installing or uninstalling, accessing run/temp ,opening windows defender, etc. It seems like I dont have access to the laptop. This laptop was for display and maybe have some restriction to give limited access to people.
