    [SOLVED] Please Wait on every start .. cold or restart.

    W10 Pro 64 1903. On any kind of start, get brief Please Wait. I am accustomed to seeing this after an update, but on this one machine, I see it on every start up/boot/reboot. Not a great bother, but doesn't quite seem right. Comments appreciated in advance.

    Ethernet port only working with a 2 Pin RJ45

    spectranet is an isp and provide internet in metropolitan city. i notice that its cable is with only 2 wire and crimped with rj45 in pin 1 and 2 only. how he can access internet with high speed as i heard that internet can be acces by 1236 cable combination.
