pny ssd clone no space on

PNY CS900 500GB SSD DISM MGMT won't allow me to initialize. Shows up in BIOS but missing in "This PC". Is listed in Device MGR but doesn't show in DiskPart. I have tried a variety of tools to clone my HD over and nothing works. I have tried Acronis, Aomei, EaseUS, MACRIUM and I think Paragon...
