Power connectors

Hello so I am getting an RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra and I have a Corsair RM Series RM850w power supply. What power connectors am I going to need for this GPU? If anyone could link like an amazon store page on what connectors to buy that would be greatly appreciated!

Hey guys, I'm planning on buying a rx 5700xt with my Christmas money and I just realized I may have a power problem. I have a 700w PSU which shouldn't be a problem, but what is a problem is that the only PCI power cable it has is a 6+2, and the 5700xt needs an 8 and a 6. What is my best option...

Power Supply My pc was built by some guy in the shop i bought it but the GPU came in later i installed it in just fine but I can only see the 6+2 pin power connector while my GPU requires one 6 and one 8. I don't know how to find the 8 pin power connector.
