As the tittle says, my years long R9 290 Gaming 4g is overheating to 94c, the problem is that it is throttling, running around 700mhz. I have tried to change the paste, I even did 2 different pastes Noctua NT-H1 and Thermalright TF7. I have another R9 290x with reference that rocking solid...
