Racing Simulators

I found an old Genius Speed Wheel Force but I don't seem to have the drivers for it nor does Windows. I tried looking on the Genius website, tried the product code, tried lots of other sites with no success. Does anyone know where old drivers are stored? Or someone who would drivers that old?

When I turn on my computer my CPU temps go from the mid 20s and climbs up to 70 before I had turned it off (this is at idle). Also, when I go into my bios the motherboard doesn't show the pump or the fans even though they are plugged in and the fans are spinning.
