rack cooling

Hi, I'm trying to build a system rack cabinet for my home-office with one UPS, one NAS (maybe one added later) and two switches with loud 3-pin fans (another switch might be added later). I thought to replace the fans with Noctua ones, but still I can be more enlightened, if there is a solution...
