I have an ASrock b450m steel legend mobo and 16x2 of Kingstone 3200mhz of ram but today I realized in the task manager that my pc uses 2400mhz so I went into the bios and changed it to 3200mhz in oc section which was set to 2400mhz as auto . Will my pc now malfunction cause of this or anything ????

Should I buy it I have never seen 16gigs working on h55 are they talking about expensive high density dimms or normal dimms?
I will be using a i7 870 + gtx 980 amp! with it.
