    Question Are these settings safe and efficient for my PC ?

    I have changed the memory speed in bios from XMP Profile 1 to Profile 2 and also adjusted the RAM from 6200 to 6400mhz as i wanted faster speeds and read sonmehwere thatg XMP Profile 2 is better for performance ? Now my question is, is this ok? and also my latency for the ram is 71.2ns which...
