This problem started occurring about a week ago but it was random. Fps in games drop drastically sometimes after restart in all games. For instance in ac Odyssey where i was getting 65 fps with med to high setting i get 30fps.. In csgo where i was getting 200+ fps i get 60 fps with stuttering...
