Okay I can't really decide at what psu I wanna get for a few reasons I want higher rated psu I want a brand that hasn't failed me(be quiet) or is reliable(seasonic) I want it cheap :D anyway these psus are actually the same prices in my country but I can't decide which one to get for the above...

So lately, by computer started doing this weird thing were when I press the power button to boot it, it turns on for a second, turns off, and then turns on back again in like 2 seconds. After that it just boots just fine and works perfectly. Anyone had this issue before? CPU is 4790k on asus rog...
