readyboost

I'm using my SD card for Readyboost. Can I remove SD card when I shut down laptop and connect it again when I turn on my laptop, and use it with Readyboost normally?

So I decided to build a computer.... The computer switches on. I hear my fans.. and feel them. I just don't see anything on my monitor.. people say it's cause of my msi motherboard.. but i am not entireley sure.. any ideas?
