I am building a pc for 1080p, these are the parts I'm getting: Ryzen 5 7500f 2x16GB DDR5 5600MHz XFX QUICK RX6750 XT MSI PRO B650M-P I am planning on getting Be Quiet! System Power 10 650W or Seasonic B12 750W. Which one is better, if any is good enough?
