red light gpu psu no display signal

hi,I get a red light when i plug in my rtx 5080, even when i try plugging in my old rtx 3070 there are red light LED indicators, everything posts and i can get into my windows 11, but only through my cpu's integrated graphics, when i try to run through my gpu display it says no display detected...
