remove lock

Hi My old game pc died and had another for coupleyears now trying to make one of two . Now after my work the newer one won't give picture so think something is wrong with thegrahpic card maybe by dusting or a a Caple Im missing (no sure from that) but Ican get my graphic card out most way but...
