rgb flickering

My case fans, mainly the rear one, started flickering a lot when the RGB light in them is on. I tried just RGB with no rotation and they stop flickering so I guess its wobble? I dont know how to fix it, it's driving me mad. Right outside my peripheral vision there's just this large, white...
