room equaliser wizard

Few days ago i asked in this forum if I needed an amp for my Hifiman he400i and a guy sent me a link of this site the a dude did a eq that resolves my issue (lack of bass) but in the article it doesn't explain how to use it and I'm lost, can someone plz help me? Thnx in advance...
