rtx 3070 laptop

I am interested in a acer nitro 17.3 worth 1200$ with Ryzen 5 5600h and rtx 3070 but not sure if that cpu and gpu are in bottleneck...Would run the gpu better than a 3060 or cpu will limit the gpu? I can't find another laptop at this money with rtx 3070 so i am not sure if it worth the money.
