rtx power

My PSU is a Corsair HX750i. My question is can I use a single PCIe cable with the two 6+2 connectors to fill the two 8 pin slots on the card or should I run 2 separate PCIe cables and leave the piggy backed 6+2 connector on each cable disconnected? The PSU is single 12V rail….I believe. Thanks
