rx 580 power supply needed

My current system has a i7 870(1st gen) 8gb RAM and an GTX 1050 2gb with the cooler master 500 power supply I was planning to upgrade the graphic card to an RX 580 8gb. Is the cooler master 500w power supply efficient to power the RX 580, and how much will the cpu bottler neck the RX 580...
