Hi, I have my ryzen 5 2600 not overclocked on a Msi b450 gaming pro carbon in a FSP CMT 340. When i stress test with prime 95 the CPU temperatur goes up to 78°C, but i found youtube videos with the same cooler and same CPU where its OC to 4 Ghz and still runs much cooler without throttling...

What if I threw a Wraith stealth cooler on a 2600(not X variant) and overclocked it to it's max and had Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut as my paste, would it effectively transfer heat from my cpu in a efficient manner? Or is my heat transfer limited by my heatsink and not by my thermal paste?
