I overclocked the cpu on stock cooler from 3.40 ghz to 3.80 ghz and i tested it on cinebench r20. The max temps it reached was 94.5 c with 1.319v and now i have average 51.4-49.5 c on 1.308 v. The 94.5 c was a full streched for the test right? Is it normal to get so high though? Also my idle...

Hey guys. So today I built my new pc and once I downloaded CPUID I noticed something. My ryzen 5 2600(stock cooler) is running at 51-52 degrees idle, but while gaming it never passes 70 degrees. Why is the idle temperature that high? I have a b450 tomahawk, don't know if that helps.
