ryzen 7 3800x overheating

I'm getting frustrated for over a month now trying to lower my package temps and it's always on 44+ with a lot of spikes of 10 + degrees out of nowhere. i have a AMD Ryzen 7 3800x on a Asus TUF Gaming x570 plus (Wifi) weirdly the psu i have (powerspec 750W 80+ Gold) only have 1x8 cpu connector...
