ryzen bios update restart crash

Hi there, need opinion on what could be the issue and reason for my PC restarting when Gaming. Previous setup: Ryzen 5 1600 msi B350m mortaR Gtx 1050 ti Tforce 8gb x2 2666 I upgraded to Ryzen 5 5600. Had to update BIOS. Ram is set in bios to 2400, PC crashes when set to 2666 on Windows...
