samsung ssd slow boot

Hello, i have a samsung 860 evo 500gb, before my windoes used to load in less than 10 sec now it takes 40 sec to 1 min. I made sure the pc is virus free, the ssd has 331 gb free and the only start up programs are : steam and kaspersky. The ssd is selected as primary boot driver in windows. Here...
