scep enrollment

SCEP enrollment for AMD keeps restarting my pc. Wondering if this issue can be motherboard related? I reset tpm, I updated bios didn’t work. I updated the chipset just now, hasn’t reset yet however if it does reset what else can I do? Change platforms to Intel? Specs in PC: AMD 5800x RTX 3070...
