screen glitch

my laptop so odd when i turned on the charging indicator start blinking and gets black screen, so i reset the driver graphic ctrl+windows+shift+b repeately and it work but the screen is glitching when i check the temps its around 58 - 98 because i never replace the thermal paste (still order)...

I own a xiaomi note 5 and lately it has some problems. About a week ago while using it, the screen turned dark blue and then the phone turned off. I charged it but it wouldn't turn on. After many tries it did turn on but the screen would glitch/change colours/etc, freeze and then turn off again...
