second oppinion

I am building my first pc and i'm on budget, but I have a dilemma about these two processors Is there a big difference between ryzen 5 2600 and ryzen 5 3600 I can't decide which processor is best buy here i think it's just a waste of money to buy 3600 now but i want to see your oppinion too...

Hey guys im going to buy either the tab s or the GS5 can you guys tell me which one is better? And if so you guys recommend the tab s which size should i pick 8.4 or 10.5???
