Question After Windows 11 Install, PC won't fully shut down (fans and more still running)
Hi there, Just built a brand new gaming rig. Everything came together nicely. However, after a couple of cycles of Windows reboots, I noticed that at Shut Down, the system fans, PCIe power, and more were not powering off.
