I have a Skyworth 32E3 https://www.skyworth.ph/tv-accessories/android-tv/2k-android/android-tv-e3.html Which is a HD TV but when I plug it to my windows 10 pc it detects it as a Full HD TV which obviously it's not because when I set the display stretch mode to no stretch only half of the picture...
