    My cores are always sleeping no matter what i do. I have a Ryzen 7 3700x. My cores are sleeping even when i'm playing triple AAA games and when i stress test the CPU. I have done anything i can think of. Reinstalling drivers, Resetting windows, Tweaking settings etc. My specs: GPU: 3070 CPU...
