slow browsing speed

Hello! I'm on Windows 11 v21H2. I've switched from Google Chrome to Vivaldi Browser. I love the way I can organize this browser. However, it starts very slowly (4~6 seconds loading time). Chrome was visibly faster! Question: Is there a way to speed up Vivaldi?

I have an Acer V5-551 notebook with Win7 on it. I cannot find the drivers for the SM Bus controller and USB controller. The Acer site has proven to be useless for this. Any ideas?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
