    Question CPU Clock speeds slowing down

    Hi, I’ve been playing around with Overclocking settings, and I’ve gotten a stable OC with my 3900x @4.2GHz all cores at 1.31V. However, the CPU slows down to 4.07GHz idle according to Task Manager and 4.099 in HWMonitor. I remember being able to get it to 4.2 yesterday. Is this a windows issue...

    Will the GTX 750 TI bottleneck with my CPU?

    I'm thinking of upgrading my GPU and and I'm wondering if there will be any significant bottleneck. I currently have an intel 2 duo core E8400 3.00GHz and I'm currently eyeing the ASUS GTX750TI-OC-2GD5 GeForce GTX 750 Ti.
