Slow start up

Hey so i've just built a new PC and for the first time im using an NVME as my boot drive. i was pretty excited since for about 3 year ive been using an old Sandisk 256GB SSD which would boot in around 20-25 seconds. Now im using a Samsung 980 Evo and im seeing start up times of around 40...
