SSD m.2 or PCI-e

Hello, I own a Vostro 3267 desktop and I figured I'd make good use of the large PCIe port it comes with, so I got a 512GB Gammix S11 m.2 SSD and a PCIe to nvme adapter. So far I've tried cloning with Macrium Reflect. The cloning was successful once I initialized the unit. But it wouldn't show...

I am upgrading my pc. So, i am going to buy geforce gtx 1060 3gb mini graphics card. But i have a vga monitor. Can i use that monitor using an adapter?
