static charge

Title says it all. I know its already an over clocked fx-8450 but I just wandered if it could be over clocked further, with the right cooler, to achieve amazing speeds.

Okay so here are my specs. One thing to note is that it does the same thing with 2 other mics and it was doing this in Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit before I upgraded to Windows 8.1 64-bit. It doesn't do it when I have the mic hooked up to the front panel audio or on-board audio. It just does it...
