steam controller

I got a problem with the overlays for the steam controller. Since few weeks all overlays are inverted colors. Any ideas? Google gave no answers also i found no answers within steam. Hopeful someone can gimme a hint where to look. It all worked fine for years. Normaly it looks black with colored...
