stutter on desktop

Hey everyone, just got a Legion Slim 5 two days ago. It's an rtx 4060 with a R7 7840HS, so it shouldn't have performance issues. Now after booting up, the laptop runs flawlessly for hours. Games run perfect as well, no overheating happens. Then suddenly, Win11 itself starts stuttering heavily...
