HP J 5750 all in one , Color doesn't work after windows 10 loaded. Loaded drivers still no color . Do I need to NOW uninstall and reinstall drivers to correct the issue

I turn on the system. it is restarting continuously, processors fan spinning is also restarting, but when i tried removing ram processor fan spinning normally without restarting. i can't guss what the problem will be, can anyone suggest me what is the problem and how to solve it.
