support needed cpu cooling system

Hello. I bought a used PC and I wanted to add more RAM but I can't figure out how this specific Be Quiet CPU cooler system works, I can't see any way to unscrew the backside. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks in advance. P.S. Don't mind the dust, it has been taken care of, lol...
