    Question Can't run .exe files to reinstall or restore Windows 10, can run SFC from boot or in system ?

    I am running Windows 10 22H2. I am sure I have corruption. No means of resetting or reinstalling Windows 10 are working. The process won't even start. On startup, some applications run fine. Windows Mail runs. Chrome runs. But anything to reinstall Windows 10 or fix corrupted files won't run. I...
