Task Scheduler keeps prompting for what program to open file with
all im trying to do it open an excel file at a specific time which it attempts to open it but it says what type of program would you like to open this file with
and yes the default file types are set to excel for .xlsx etc. etc...
I'm not sure what the application videocardmonitor(32 bit) is, but it is constantly running and eating up around 8-10% of my CPU usage. Any clue what this is a result of and how to prevent such high CPU usage? I have a MSI GTX 970, MSI B350 Tomahawk, and a Ryzen 7 1700.
