    Boot up issue

    hi guys, can i get some help with a problem im having. See whenever i boot up my windows it freezes on the windows loop and my computer then shuts down, ive tried everything from reseting my pc to system restore, i messed with cmd prompt but to no avail, if anyone has a solution or help me know...
