thermal paste laptop cpu

i just wonder are all the new laptop that we buy have a thermal paste ?? in my case i have an dell G7 17 7700 and when run game the CPU easy get 100 Decrete celces but the GPU is nomal just about 70 to 80 so my question is are all the new laptop we buy have thermal paste ??
