thermal paste mistake

I applied thermal paste, installed heatsink, noticed there was a overflow. Removed heatsink to clean and reinstall with less paste. A string o paste oozed onto mobo cpu slot ( very miniscule) cleaned with qtip and rubbing alcohol. I got most of it but a very small amount still lingers in one or...
