thermaltake smart rgb 500

I have a thermaltake 500w rgb powersupply that has this fan that makes lots of noise underload. so i have taken it apart for oiling but i cant get the fanblades out. In videos theres either a cap on the back of the fan or they just pop the fan blades out. But neither of those are working on my...
